Alfons Mucha Museum Muchovo Muzeum

The Alfons Mucha Museum Muchovo Muzeum presents a selection of Mucha oil paintings, drawings, pastels, statues, photographs and some of his personal items. There are about fifty works of art in total.

The museum focuses mainly on the Mucha Paris period (1887-1904). There is a full set of posters, including Sarah Bernhardt's famous works. The museum also features a hint of Much's studio and a half-hour documentary on the painter's life.

Part of the exhibition is not the Slavic epic, which is again found in the courtyard of the National Gallery in the Veletraní Palace in Prague, after being transported from Moravský Krumlov Castle.
